Warranty handling
If you believe that certain components are eligible for warranty, please follow the procedure below:
- You are responsible for shipping the component to STRIPELESS TIGER at your own expense, addressed to ST Returns Processing. Please include the Return Form and a copy of your invoice.
Note: Make sure to send the item, if reasonably possible, in undamaged and original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a description of the complaint.
- STRIPELESS TIGER will assess the warranty claim and, if necessary, coordinate with the supplier.
- If the claim qualifies for warranty, STRIPELESS TIGER will send a replacement item to you at their expense.
- Once you have sent the item for which you wish to claim warranty to STRIPELESS TIGER, the return department will evaluate your warranty request. If your warranty claim is valid, STRIPELESS TIGER will send a replacement item free of charge. Additionally, the shipping costs you incurred for returning the item (up to the original shipping cost) will be reimbursed to you by STRIPELESS TIGER via bank transfer. To process the refund, please provide your IBAN number with the return shipment.
